Mrs. Mabel L. AMMERMAN, 65, was fatally stricken at 2 p.m. Tuesday at her home, 913 Tuttle Ave. A daughter of Guy and Sadie APPLE ELLINGTON, she was born June 9, 1904 in this city. Her first marriage was to Vernon MILLER. On Feb 25, 1939 she married Charles Lee AMMERMAN, who died last July 3. Mrs. AMMERMAN was a member of Milligan Memorial Presbyterian Church and Ladies of the Moose. She is survived by five sons, Robert MILLER of New Ross, Max, Ed and
Harold MILLER of Crawfordsville and Ronald MILLER of Florence, S.C.; two step-sons Harry AMMERMAN of Crawfordsville and Robert AMMERMAN of Oklahoma City, Okla.,; two step-daughters, Mrs. Ruby DOWELL of Indianapolis and Mrs.
Mary Mae CLARK of Crawfordsville; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Two sisters are deceased.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Thursday. Rev. John SERVIES will officiate, with burial in Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
