-- Mrs. Vera E. Allison, 61, died Monday night in her home at 700 E. College St after an extended illness. Mrs. Allison was born Sept 2, 1909 in Montgomery County to Charles and Elva Biddle Anglin. She was first married to Russell Threlkeld and later married Russell Allison Jan 19, 1963 at Lafayette. She was a member of Union Chapel Church. Preceding her in death were 3 brothers and a half brother. Surviving are the husband; her mother, a daughter, Mrs. Gloria Long and a son, Mike Threlkeld all of Crawfordsville; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Patty Fisher of Lafayette; a step son Eugene Allison of Williamsport; five sisters, Mrs. Della Weir, Mrs. Darlene Clark, Mrs. Louise Patton, Mrs. Edith Hutchison, all of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Dorothy Gross of Lafayette; two brothers, Kenneth Anglin of Crawfordsville and Don Anglin of Naples, FL; two half brothers, Ralph Anglin of Clarks HIll and Joe Anglin of Crawfordsville; a half sister, Mrs. Pearl Sachs of Indianapolis; two grandchildren and six step grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday by Rev. NI Holland in Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Richmond Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday. waw
