Mrs. Katie Allen, 74, mother of Mrs. James Gleason and Mrs. Lon Smith of Crawfordsville, died Wednesday evening at Rossville, Ga. In addition, she is survived by a granddaughter, Mrs. Virgil Kidd, also of Crawfordsvile. Funeral services are pending at the J. Avery Bryan Funeral Home in Chattanooga, Tenn. – jlr
