Word has been received here that Otis ALLEN of McPherson, KS was killed in an airplane crash at Las Vegas, New Mexico (?) Sunday Details of the crash are not known more than that of the plane burned. The body was taken to Elwood, Ind his native city for burial on Thursday. He was the husband of Gladys EVANS formerly of this place and the father of 8 children all of whom survive. - kbz
