At the home of his daughter, Mrs. Thomas Breaks, six mi. NW of the city, occurred the death of George H. ALEXANDER, Sat. afternoon of dropsy. Mr. A. was 64 years of age and a man of most excellent qualities. He was twice elected as Recorder of Mont. Co. years ago and was popular with all who knew him. A wife and 7 children are left to mourn his taking away. The funeral occurred from the Linden ME Church at 1 o'clock Tues conducted by Rev LG Stephens. Interment at Linden Cemetery. - kbz

George H. Alexander, a respected citizen of Coal Creek Township, died yesterday afternoon at the residence of his son-in-law, Thomas Breaks. He has been in poor health for some time but dropsy was the immediate cause of his death. The deceased was 64 years of age and leaves a wife and seven children. He filled the office of County Recorder thirty years ago. The funeral will occur Tuesday at Linden at 1 p.m. at the M. E. Church, Rev. J. G. Stephens officiating
