At the beautiful country home of Mr. and Mrs. James Galey, six miles southeast of the city, the marriage of their only daughter, Mabel to Dr Homer J. Davidson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Davidson occurred Wednesday at 8 p.m. Dr. DB Duncan of the first Presbyterian Church officiating. Miss Ethel Davidson played a short musical programme during the assemblage of the guests. Just before the ceremony she changed the music into the Mendelssohn wedding march to which the minister entered, followed by Dr. Davidson and Miss Galey unattended. They descended the stair and took their position in the rear parlor under a large and handsome canopy of green with side trailers of the green vines. The ceremony was notably impressive and appropriate and was performed in the presence of 125 guests.
