Invitations to the approaching marriage of Isaac Cox Corns and
Miss Mildred Hanes Brindley of Harlingen, Texas have been
received by relatives in Darlington. The wedding will take place
at the First Methodist church in Harlingen on Monday, June 18,
and the couple will live at Houston, Texas, where Mr. Corns is
connected with the Federal Loan Bank. Mr. Corns is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Ivan Corns, former Darlington people, who have lived in
Texas for a number of years and is the nephew of the Misses Clara
and Pearl Corns and Mrs. Flora Cox of Darlington.
