County Greeting, We Command you to Summons Elizabeth Jones, John
Jones, & John Provott, Administrators of William Jones Decd if they may
be found in your bailiwick to be and appeare before the Judge
of our Montgomery Probate Court, on the first day of the nesct Term, to be
holden at the Court house in the Town of Crawfordsville in Said County
on the Third monday of November nesct, being the Twenty first day
of Said month, to Show cause to our Said Court, if any they can
why they have not Settled Said Estate, and have you there then
this writ
