House & Garden Club

The House & Garden Circle met with Mrs. TZ Ball on Mon. eve. Mrs. Frank Wilkins gave in detail the plans and equipment for as near a perfect kitchen as one could wish for. Mrs. Huston discussed What is a House for? That there had never been but one reason; for a home. The two could not be dissociated. The text for the discussion of Home was covered by the four lines: Home is not mere four walls: Though with pictures hung & gilded, Home is where affections call, Home is where the heart hath builded." Circle officers elected were Mrs. Huston Chairman and Miss Laura Spencer, Sec.
