Charles T. LAMSON age 76 died at Culver Hospital last Friday morning at 9 after a lingering illness. He was born August 17 1869 the son of Thomas and Deliliah Lamson and was married Nov 1, 1896 to Jennie HAMILTON to which union 3 children were given two of whom preceded him in death. Mr. Lamson was a lifelong resident of Waveland and as a means of livelihood he farmed and operated a sawmill and threshing machine. Besides the wife there survive one son, Thomas Lamson of Crawfordsville; a granddaughter, Lu Ann Lamson; two brothers, Rollo & Clifford both of Waveland and a sister, Mrs. Catherine Simpson of near New Market. Funeral services were held at the Machledt Funeral Home Sunday afternoon in charge of the Rev. David Canine. Burial at Old Union Cemetery. THose from out of town attending were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Olson; Mrs. Mae Lamson; Mrs. Al Hamilton and Mr. and Mrs. Lawson of Linden; Mr. and Mrs. Gray; Mr. and Mrs. Starnes of Waynetown; Mr. and Mrs. Lee Hallett of Alamo; Mrs. Glenn Fink; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pritchard; Mr. and Mrs. Russell heath; Mr. and Mrs. George Duncan and Mr and Mrs. Ina Warrick of Crawfordsville and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Kesslar of New Market.
