Mrs. Nellie B. APPLE age 42 died Wednesday afternoon at 3:05 o'clock at her home here after an illness of six months. She was born at Fairmount, Ill April 26, 1910, the daughter of Thomas and Rosa Belle LAMB. She married George W. Apple at Indianapolis July 3, 1929. Surviving with the husband are two daughters, Clarabelle and Elinor Ruth both at home; two sons, Thomas Apple of Lafayette and William Apple, Jr. at home; a brother, Roy Lamb of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Gibson of Anderson and Mrs. Artie Mattick of Terre Haute and a grandson, Christian Kent Apple of Lafayette. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Methodist Church of which she was a member. The Rev. JS Hite, pastor will officiate. Burial at Indian Creek Cemetery.
