Paul R. KELLER, 77, former resident of Williamsport, Kingman and Cates died at 8 a.m. Thursday in Turtle Creek Nursing Home, Indianapolis. He had been in ill health since 1960 and seriously ill the past month. Mr. K. was a farmer before becoming a fireman for the Cloverlead RR. He was later employed as a lineman by the Darlington & Williamsport telephone companies and also worked for Indiana Bell Tel. He was a member of Knights of Pythias Lodge. Born Dec 9, 1895, near Yeddo, he was a son of Erasmus M. and Amy Pithoud Keller. He was married to Faye Proctor DeZarn on May 28, 1946. Surviving are his wife; a son, Darroll of Cayuga; 3 daughters, Mrs. Russell (Jane) Cadma; Mrs. Glenn (Cellestine) Smith and Mrs. Ernest (Twyliah) Roper; 15 grandchildren; 13 greats; a stepson, Donald DeZahn; and a step grandson. He was preceded in death by two sons, 3 brothers and a granddaughter. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Bodine & Shelby Fun Home here with Rev. Alfred Dobbs and Rev. Vernon W. Seaton officiating; burial in Coopers Cem. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday.
