Mrs. Nancy Keller, wife of the late Daniel Keller, died at her home near Sugar Creek at an early hour last Friday morning, aged 84 years. Mrs. Keller was one of the earliest settlers of this county, having come here with her parents in 1827. She was then 12 years of age, and was married in early womanhood to Daniel Keller. They always lived on the same farm where they began housekeeping and reared a large family of children, most of whom are still living. Mr. Keller died a few years ago, since which time Mrs. Keller has lived a very secluded life, seeming to think that there was no place like the good old homestead. The remains were laid to rest in Weir Cemetery Saturday morning.
