Earl Dooley IRWIN, 76, died Tuesday, June 4 of a heart ailment. His home was in Greenwood, California. He was the son of Robert S. and Mary Dooley Irwin and a native of Boone County. He formerly lived in Indianapolis. He retired in 1944 and moved to California. His wife preceded him in death. Surviving are four sons: Norman of Indianapolis; Nolan, Lyman and Earl, Jr. all of Greenwood, California; 3 sisters: Mrs. Laura Rinehart of Waveland; Martha Irwin and Dulcena Dye of Lebanon. Funeral services were conducted Saturday June 8 in Aburn, California with burial in Aburn Cemetery.
