Elias W. HALL, 78, a veteran of the Civil War died last evening at the home of his son on the Terre Haute road of sclerosis and complications. Mr. Hall has been a resident of the county of many years and was a familiar figure on the streets of the city for many years. He recently became totally blind and was confined to the house most of the time. The funeral arrangements have not been made at this hour.
