"Death's Harvest" - On April 16, Mrs. Catherine Hall, wife of Clay Hall died at her home 4 miles southwest of this city, of consumption [tuberculosis] in the 44th year of her age. The funeral occurred Saturday at 10:30 o'clock from the family residence, Rev. GW Switzer officiating. Interment at Oak Hill. Mrs. Hall was a most estimable lady revered by all for her many Christian virtues. She leaves a husband and three daughters. For a great part of her life she was a member of the Lutheran Church.
