John Galloway, age 75, a pominent farmer of the Osborn Prairie neighborhood, died Friday afternoon at 5:20 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Orville M. Meeker, on East Washington Street. Mr. Galloway is survived by his widow, India C. Galloway, two daughters, Mrs. Orvall M. Meeker of Attica, Mrs. Leslie Jones of Decatur, Ill, 7 sons: Urban of Lafayette; A.T. of Newtown; Hubert of Attica; O.K. of Waveland; Jack of Duncan, OK; and Maurice of Dallas, Texas. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 o'clock from the Osborn Prairie Church - Crawfordsville Journal and Review
