Ephraim M. Fine was born June 13, 1844 and died May 17, 1903. He graduated from Ohio Medical College in 1872, first locating at Sterling in Fountain County, then Steam Corner, and finally locating in Veedersburg. He is included here as his practice, though mainly in Fountain County, also served the Western part of Montgomery.
