A 13-year-old Parke County youth, Russell Van Ferris of Rockville, RR 3, died Tuesday night in Riley Hospital in Indianapolis of injuries. He had received Monday afternoon in a car-truck collision on SR 59 four miles North of Brazil. Richard Brown, 16, of Bridgeton driver of the truck in which the Van Ferris boy was riding, also was severely injured. Bobby G. Harney, 23 of Indianapolis was driver of a convertible which collided with the truck and was injured severely. His companion Carol Campbell, 16, of Greencastle RR1, suffered lesser injuries. Young Van Ferris was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Ferris. His body was taken to the Barnes Mortuary in Rockville.
