Miss Elsie E. Elmore of Crawfordsville died at the home of her brother, Dr. H.H. Elmore in Browns Valley, Thursday. Her illness which proved to be diptheria, lasted only a week. No funeral services were held on account of the contagious nature of the disease. The county health officer was called, and other investigation have it as his opinion that no one had been exposed to contagion.
