Mrs. Charles Ellis Commits Suicide. Mrs. Charles Ellis, daughter-in-law of Mrs. Miranda Ellis, committed suicide by throwing herself in front of a Big Four train sometime early on Saturday morning.
The Ellises lived on a farm near Crawfordsville, and about a mile from the place where the body was found.
Mrs. Ellis has been in poor health, and this is not the first attempt she has made on her life.
She was born in Rossville, Ill., where the body was taken for burial.
She leaves the husband and three sons, Lawrence, and Earnest, of Rossville, Ill., and Harry of Malta, Montana.
