Crawfordsville Weekly Review, March 12, 1881
Uncle Davy Edwards died the 5th of this month of paralysis. He was sick of 30 months and was out of the house but twice during his sickness, and was a great sufferer. He was one of the first settlers of Montgomery County, being 74 years of age. He had been a member of the Methodist Church for a number of years a good neighbor and will be missed in this vicinity. We sympathize with the bereaved family.
