David Henry DAVIDSON, farmer and stock raiser, Whitesville, was b. July 26, 1852, and is the bro. of Jasper N. Davidson. He had a good common education. His mother d. when he was 2 years and six months and his father when he was 11. At the age of 16 he went in partnership at farming with his brother, William S. Mr. D. now has 201 1/4 acres of good land, and resides on the old homestead, the place where he was b. he was marr. November 12, 1874 to Miss Saloma E. HARSHBARGER. She was b. Jan 11, 1854. They have 3 boys: Warner M, b. Sept 23, 1875; Homer J, July 21, 1876; Cline F, Aug 16, 1879. Mr. D. is a member of the Detective Association, a democrat and has been a successful farmer. He is a great reader and a valuable member of the community in which he lives.
