TAYLOR, William Henry - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

William Henry Taylor was born in Lexington, Virginia about 1840. During the Civil War he was a soldier for the South, afterward studying for the medical profession. In 1872, he settled in Crawfordsville where he was a leading surgeon. He died in Sullivan, Indiana on January 29, 1901. He wrote many medical articles, as well as some fine poetical contributions. His brother, John N. Taylor was also a local physician.
