Smith - Lizzie

A commission composed of Justice of the Peace, T.M. Campbell, and doctors Pollom, Peacock and Kendall heard evidence as sto the sanity of Miss Lizzie Smith, a resident of Dalrington Wednesday.
Miss Smith has been in declining health for some time and is now under the care of a trained nurse. The finding of the commission was that the patent (sic) is insane and should be sent to the state instituion for treatment.
