William (Malachi
Bill) Scott was sentenced to 60 days on the state penal farm and fined
$10 and cost or $40 when he pleaded guilty in city court Wednesday
morning to a charge of public intoxication. Paul Welliever, also
arrested Tuesday evening on a similar charge pleaded guilty but his case
was indefinitely continued.
