B. Reitzel of Osceola, Iowa is visiting here. He was born on a farm west of town but left here 50 years ago. He attended the Academy under Profs. Kritz and Coyner and Prof. Kritz is one of the few people he recognizes. He is not sure that he recognizes any of the buildings at all. He brought with him some specimens of Iowa corn. He has become so accustomed to the black soil of his state that he says he does not see how we raise corn here at all.
