George H.
Percy of the 23rd District, Stutsman County, lives at Pingree. He
was born in Putnam County, Indiana May 14, 1854 and is 50 years old. He is a
widower, his wife having died in Denver in 1889, and he has two daughters. He
came to ND from Colorado in 1898 and is a farmer and rancher. He was elected to
office of Justice in Crawforsdville, Montgomery PO Indiana for a term of four
years in 1880. He commenced to read law in 1877 in the office of Albert C.
Jennison in Crawfordsville and was admitted to practice in 1879. He went to Colorado in 1880 on account of the
health of his wife. He was elected to
the house over Jacob Kiehlbauch as a republican.
