Trial of the case of the Crawfordsville Trust Company, receiver for the Farmers Supply Company, linden against Ebbert M. Morrow, Elizabeth Morrow and Monroe Morrow, will begin before a jury in the Tippecanoe Superior Court Monday. Special judge Joseph A. Andrew will preside.

The plaintiff seeks to recover the sum of $5,000 with interest from November 1, 1920 which sum the complain alleges was unlawfully converted to the use of the defendants while they were conducting the Farmers Supply Company.

The defendants, conducting a hardware store at Linden in 1920, promoted the organization of the Farmers Supply Company and the business was turned into the corporation with Ebbert M. Morrow being made manager, which continued until January 27, 1922 the complaint states.
