born in Wolfe Co Ky, 1878. He lived in Powell and Montgomery Co KY for
a while..He married Eva Shubert and moved to Montgomery Co IN. He
died in 1945 Crawfordsville, IN. Jasper Newton Mullins was the son of
Jeptha Mullins and mother's maiden was "Little". Jasper Mullins was the
son of Joseph and Elizabeth Kelly Mullins (Perry, Wolfe Co KY).
