The Waveland Motor Co. sold a Chevrolet coach to Harry Moser
last week. They are having difficulty in getting cars as fast as
they need them.
Harry Newton Moser married Naomi Lillian Swaney - daughter of Orland G. and Ethel Hostetler Swaney born 12 Feb 1906 in Alden, Iowa and died 21 Otober 1959 in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville, Indiana
on 28 April 1928 in Crawfordsville, Indiana by Guy O. Carpenter
They had three sons and a daughter, all wonderful people.
Harry was born 20 March 1907 in Montgomery County and was the son of Osmer Gordon Moser and Mary Myrtle Pell. He passed away in March of 1971.
Note on his obituary below, that the family asked for contributions for the heart fund. This was one of the first of these I saw - nifty !!

Miss Naomi Swanay and Harry Moser were married on Wednesday morning at the Methodist parsonage in Crawfordsvil le by Rev. Guy Carpenter. They left immediately for a motor trip through s outhern Indiana. Mr. Moser is the son of Mr. and Mrs. O.G. Moser and Mrs. Moser is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. OG Swanay. Both are graduat es of Waveland HS. Mrs. Moser has been one of the operators at the telephone exchange and has been very efficient and accomodating. They will live on the Moser farm east of town.

Waveland - Harry W. Moser, 63, a member of the Waveland United Methodist C hurch, lifelong farmer in Montgomery County and an associate of Hunt's Ele ctric died Friday afternoon in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. He w as a chairman of the Maple Ridge Cemetery Association and 1925 gradua te of Waveland HS. Mr. Moser was born Nov 20, 1907 in Wingate, a son of O .G. and Mary Pell Moser. He was first wed to Naomi Swaney who preceded h im in death. Mr. Moser was wed to Violet Hunt Dec 29, 1967 at Waveland. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Karl of Crawfordsville and Donn of Waveland; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Groce of Crawfordsville; two stepdaught ers, Mrs. Richard Hysong of Jamestown and Mrs. Robert Surber of Crawfordsville; 11 grandchildren ; a sister Mrs. Marian Blacker of Romney; a brothe r, W.G. Moser of Crawfordsville and nieces and nephews. Services are to be conducted from the Machledt & Servines Funeral Home at Waveland at 2 p.m. Monday by Rev. Donald Hoy, assisted by Rev. Lucian Robinson will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday. Contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
