Trent Moody appointed to Naval Academy
Congressman Fred Purnell has appointed Trent Lyle Moody to the
vacancy from this district in the Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md.
Trent is a Junior in HS and a good student, and will be sure to
reflect credit on the community. His many friends will rejoice at
his good fortune, which is fully deserved. With Dwight Rosebaum
in W. Point and Trent at Annapolis, our complement of fighters is
now ffull.
Note from kbz: Believe he was born 10 Oct 1902 at Waveland, son of James William Moody and his wife, Effie Milleman. He died a single man 25 Dec 1949 in Sacramento, California. He seems to have worked for the railroad.
