Mr. and Mrs. John T. MILLER, parents of Herbert Miller of
Waveland and of Catlin, Illinois celebrated their golden wedding
anniversary at Beachwood Park, Rockville Sunday Aug 31. The
center of the table held a five tiered cake topped with a dove
holding a pair of wedding rings in its beak. All of Mr. and Mrs.
Miller's children, grandchildren and great grandchildren helped
them in their celebrate also a number of friends. The descendants
number 6 children, 19 grand children and 6 great grandchildren
who presented them with many beautiful and useful gifts. Mr. and
Mrs. Miller are former residents of Waveland. Those attending the
celebration were from Peoria, Ill, Catlin Ill, Crawfordsville,
