The case of Allen W. Meharry, a person of assumed unsound mind, by his next friend John E. Hanna vs. G. Norton Meharry, a complaint to remove guardian, demanded the attention of the Circuit Court on yesterday. The trial was by jury, whose verdict was that Allen Meharry is a person of sound mind and capable of managing his own estate, and the guardianship was removed.
