Mace, Aug 1 - Practically all of the estate of John Hugelheim, who died here last week has been left to his wife, according to the terms of his will, filed today in probate court. The will gives her all real estate personal property, stocks and bonds, money and other affects owned by him at the time of his death; and will be kept by her until her death provided she never marry again. If Mrs. Hugelheim should marry again, the estate will go to the four children.
Should Mrs. Hugelheim die without marrying again, she is to leave all property to the four children, George, David, Mrs. Irene Dice and Mary Johnson. George's part however is to be placed in the hands of a guardian and given him in the form of interest until he is 50 years of age. The will was made July 19, 1915 and Oscar W. Stafford was named executor of the will - kbz
