Howe - Patrick

Patrick Howe, an employee of the Water Works company got on a spree Sunday and undertook to run that section of the city about the New Albany depot. He was arrested this morning charged on several counts and was fined for an assault and battery on Mrs. Mary Osborn. He retaliated by making an affidavit against Mort Acker and Charles Prewitt who sold him the liquor. The party all put up the required amount.
