Robert FULLENWIDER is now in Dallas, Texas taking instruction in aviation mechanics with the school there. He doesn't intend to fly, but just to keep the other fellows up in the air. Robert has a strong bent for mechanics and we think he will make a success of it.

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Montgomery Circuit Court in a cause wherein Robert E. Fullenwider is plaintiff and Laura E. McCoy et all are defendants requiring me to make the sum of twelve-hundred-and-ninety-five dollars ($1,295) with interest on said decree and costs. I will expose at Public Sale to highest bidder on Saturday the 22nd day of October AD 1898, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m. of said day at the door of the Court House in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County, Indiana the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years the following real estate towit:
The north 1/2 of lot #8 in Brown Blair & Fry's addition to the city of Crawfordsville, Indiana described as follows: beginning at the NE corner of said lot running thence south 40 ' thence west 174 ' thence north 40' thence east 174' to the place of the beginning.
If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to public sale the fee simple of said real estate or so much thereof as many be suffiscient to discharge said decree interest and costs. Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement laws.
