Charles Crane and wife of Lake City, Minnesota, are the guests of friends in this city. Mr. Crane is a brother to Mrs. A.P. Watson and Mrs. James Crawford. He was born and raised in this city, being one of the four sons of Judge Crane, one of the old settlers of this city who left here for the west many years ago and now several years dead. Mr. Crane will remain here till after the county fair. He is a jeweler at Lake City and likes Minnesota as well as ever, yet takes much interest in locating old familiar places in this city and still has many acquaintances here, whom he enjoys meeting - kbz
