Jasper Clough, the celebrated New Richmond veterinary surgeon, was in this city today. He says his case filed against him by the post master at New Richmond is getting along nicely and he has no fears about the result. Davidson & White are his attorneys and he only asks those who have any doubts on the subject to suspend judgement till he proves his innocence. His post office address is now Wingate, although he will continue to reside near New Richmond. - transcribed by kbz
