Brown, Theodore D.

Candidate for clerk, he is a son of Professor R. T. Brown, of Indianapolis. He is a native of Rush County, where he was born in 1830. He came to this county when about fourteen years of age, and has resided here ever since. His experience has been a varied one, but his pleasant ways and a large fund of humor have always made him friends wherever he has been. -kz
