E.V. Brookshire had a splendid political meeting at Ladoga on Thursday evening of last week.  Gill's hall was crowded with patient and appreciative auditors, and the attention and interest manifested during the evening was certainly a high compliment to the occasion.  The men and women of Ladoga deserve to be complimented for the intrest they take in the discussion of political questions.
