This week a new name will appear under the editorial head of the Clinton County Review, published at Colfax. W.C. Bowers is the new man at the helm, having leased the property from Daily Hudler of Indianapolis. Mr. Bowers needs no recommendation from us, for his ability as a writer, a printer and an all around newspaper man will be evidenced by the high class sheet he will produce. For the present at least, he will retain his residence in Darlington as no suitable dwelling is available at Colfax. -- typed by kbz
