Dear Sir: I wish to inform you of the death of my mother Mrs. Ann E. G. Beatty (so enrolled on pension roll) who died on the morning of Jan. 17. If the accrued pension from Nov. 4 to Jan. 17 could be obtained it would help much toward payment of funeral expenses and Doctors bills. If you would please inform me as to what can be done or what procedure is necessary.
Most Respectfully Yours, Geo. W. Beatty 212 West Jefferson St.
