Madam Jennie Bailey, proprietress of a noted house of ill-fame on East Wabash Avenue, some time since arrested by Marshal Ensminger on a charge of keeping a house of ill-fame, waived an examination in the city police court and was bound over to the present term of circuit court.  She applied for a change of venue on the grounds of the existing prejudice in Montgomery County.
