ANOTHER CHAPTER - Opponents of Wingate School House Asks Temporary Inhunction in Court at Crawfordsville. Jones & Murphy, attorneys for those who oppose the erection of a $28,000 consolidated school house in Wingate, presented a number of affidavits to Judge Claybaugh of Frankfort, special judge in the case. These affidavits were presented to sustain a motion for a temporary restraining order asked by the plaintiff. Judge Claybaugh gave the attorneys for the trustee and Peter Levendowski, the contrator, until next Saturday to prepare counter affidavits to show that a temporary injuction should not be issued.--Crawfordsville Journal - thanks so much to Mary K for sending so many great items from the Frankfort newspaper :)
