Darlington School Song

Darlington Indians—Red and White
School song—Hail. Hail to Old Purdue.  Not certain of the origin of the words, but some say that Margaret Weesner, teacher of the early 1900s wrote the words.
“Hail, Hail, to Darlington
Oh Hail to the scarlet and white.
Hail. Hail to Darlington.  Our boys will fight tonight.
Yea! Rah! Yea!
Hail, Hail to our success
And to our victories won.
We will ever fight for you;
Oh! Hail to Darlington.
D-D-D-A-R.....L-L-I-N-G...T-T-T-O-N
Dar...ling...ton”

School yearbook--The Chief
School newspaper--Teepee Tattler
Darlington was originally the Red Warriors, but changed their nickname to Indians to honor beloved coach Indian Ed Miller
