Cemeteries : Morris Center Polk Township
This cemetery was established in 1852 on the north side of U.S. 6, between Quince and Pine Roads. The oldest burials are on the east side, which has been known as Center or Polk Township Cemetery. The west side of the cemetery is Morris Cemetery, the name Morris referring to the man who started the original cemetery in 1852. The cemeteries are not separated by any fencing or road.
