BEDFORD COURT AFTER RILEY

Bedford Democrat–George Riley of Linton will this evening or tomorrow be served with an order of the Lawrence circuit court requiring him to appear within ten days and show cause why he should not be punished for contempt of court for violation of the court's order that he is to pay four dollars a month for the support of his child, the little daughter of Mrs. Euphemia Cook Riley of this city who secured a divorce from Mr. Riley on the 2nd day of September 1910. At the time the decree was entered there was also entered an order of the court that Riley should pay Mrs. Riley four dollars a month for the support of their little daughter until further order of the court. It is claimed that he has never at any time complied with this order of the court.
