William Reynolds, age 75 years, a farmer living eight miles east of Bedford, met with a peculiar accident while on his way to Bedford to attend a show. While going down an incline in the road, the buggy became uncoupled from the horse and the aged man was dragged over the dashboard with great force. His nose was broken and he received other severe bruises.
