The stockholders of the North Bedford Stone Company held their annual meeting Wednesday at the quarries near Stinesville and heard reports from the various officers and carefully inspected the quarry. The condition of the company for the year and the prospects for the future were in every way satisfactory. The old board of directors was re-elected and is as follows: W. H. McKnight, James H. Dunn and C. P. Taylor, Louisville; M. J. Carnahan, Loogootee; J. W. Ogden, Washington; R. C. Greeves and B. A. McGee, Bloomington. The following officers were elected: President, W. H. McKnight; Secretary. B. A. McGee; and James H. Dunn, treasurer.
